Livestream - Vehicular Parkour by Mr-Glaceon Livestream - Vehicular Parkour by Mr-Glaceon
Here we see Carol the Wildcat smashing through an office building at sunset, blasting away the baddies in her motorcycle at high speeds. Nothing can slow her down when she's in her bike! I can only hope we'll be able to cause this much destruction in the later levels of Freedom Planet. :iconchocoloveplz:

This was done entirely in GIMP 2.8 over the course of two weeks, using 26 layers, over 60 paths, and lots of love. XD It was drawn on a 5000x3500 canvas and downscaled to 1600x1120 here; click the download button for the 1600x1120 version!

I'm very happy with all the feedback I got while drawing this in livestreams. Thanks for your patience faithful viewers, you really helped make my first drawing of Carol the next big evolution for my art. :3 Now to get to those commissions on my plate!

Carol the Wildcat belongs to :iconziyoling:, used with permission for Freedom Planet by :iconspacemanstrife:. I only drew the character, this is fan art!

This looks like something from the Fortune Night stage.

I seem to recall modeling the environment after the stage, but I don't have the game yet, so I can't say for sure. XD

Indeed. With her pseudo-Big Rigs Over the Road Racing motorcycle.

I know. XD There isn't anything she can't plow through with that motorcycle, and Strife really beefed up its power just before the game's release too.

Love the colouring in this- she really stands out against the background!! Amazed that you did this in Gimp as well.

Thankies. ^o^ Seems like everyone's always surprised I do most of my stuff in GIMP. It has all the layering effects I need, so I enjoy making my art as bright and colorful as possible.
